While we always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, occasionally errors do happen. When this happens, our aim is to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

#For Clothing (Dresses and Tops):

Note: Clearance items are not subject for returns or items on more than 30% sale.

If there is an issue with an item you have ordered please let us know as soon as you receive the itemWe will email a return label to you at your email address. Print and please stick that label on the return package bag we provide and post it at 4 Dusky Crescent, Aotea, Porirua, NZ - 5024 OR you can return it to our address physically as well.

Please check the item as soon as you receive it. If you don't notify us of any issues on the same day of delivery it is  assumed that item is in perfect condition as it was sent. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include the printed order copy that came with your package. If this is not possible then include your name, email and order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7-10 days depending on bank processing times. 

#For Jewellery and Fashion Accessories:

If there is an issue with an item you have ordered please let us know as soon as you receive the item. Check the item as soon as you receive it.  If you don't notify us of any issues on the same day of delivery it is  assumed that item is in perfect condition as it was sent.

Refunds

Please note we are unable to provide a refund on sale items or discounted of 30% (Excluding Clothing) or more so please make your selection carefully. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7-10 days depending on bank processing times. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If your refund has not shown after 10 days please check with your bank or credit card company.

Sale items (Excluding Clothing)

We are only able to refund damaged or full priced items. We are unable to process refunds for sale or discounted item. 

Only regular priced or damaged items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund. 

Exchanges 

We will happily exchange items that are damaged, defective or the incorrect size Please email us at team@fashionzhome.co.nz . Shipping cost for exchange has to be paid by customer.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Dusky Crescent, Aotea, Porirua, New Zealand - 5024 at the buyers expense.

If you are eligible for free shipping you will receive your order through track and trace courier services. For all other shipping we recommend selecting track and trace. Fashionzhome is not responsible for lost of missing packages.
